Rise and shine! I haven’t posted all of last week
as I've been running around getting things ready for the the opening of our
newest bakery branch.. Kitsch Cupcakes is opening in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia very
soon! Wohoo! This is extremely exciting for us, since we have been working on
this branch for a very long time now..
Just before a take off for a busy bee day, and a
long night with the Euro Final tonight (vamos Espana!!), I leave you with a
quick, healthy and extremely yummy breakfast dish which was featured in the
last issue of Harper's Bazaar Arabia. Have a wonderful day everyone :)
Serves 4
Prep & Cook Time: 5 minutes
- 2 cups quark
- 2 - 3tbsp honey
- 1 cup granola
- 1 pack fresh organic strawberries
Cut the stem off the strawberries and
cut them in quarters. In a bowl, mix the quark with the
honey. Assemble the breakfast cup in a
glass, by starting with some granola, then quark, add granola again and top
with quark and the strawberries. Delish!
